How Does the Program Work?

• Once you sign a Facility Agreement and become a recognized ON-Q provider, you may begin to order product as needed.
  
  
  
• Following each surgery during which ON-Q is used, return the signed Physician Order and Patient Assignment of Benefits (AOB) to I-Flow directly or to your
  ON-Q ASC representative.
  
  
  
• When your existing ON-Q inventory is depleted, simply order new product to restock your facility. Prompt, two-day delivery of pumps and supplies is always provided free of charge.
